What we do
From the specification to the service visit.
We start from the method a laboratory needs to run and specify the instrument around it, with alternatives at more than one budget level. We import from the manufacturers we represent, clear customs, and deliver on a date planned around the client's work.
Our engineers install and commission every instrument we supply, train the people who will use it, and issue the documentation that audits and tenders ask for. After handover, the same team handles calibration, preventive maintenance and repairs.
